2nd Annual Time To Scrap Design Team Retreat

This past weekend was the 2nd Annual 'Time To Scrap' Design Team retreat at the Molotsky beach house on Long Beach Island, NJ. Though we had a Nor'Easter on Friday and Saturday, we all didn't even seem to mind! There was such INCREDIBLE wind and rain that the tide was a little higher than usual and there were some nice sized waves. We didn't, however, trek to the beach during the storm.
Friday night we all hung out and chatted and renewed aquaintances. We had burgers and hotdogs for dinner and Mountain Cookies ( family recipe of Bex's). DELICIOUS!
We hung out and chatted till past 2AM then all retreated to our rooms and got some (very little) sleep. Most of us were up by 7:15. Saturday was another WINDY and rainy day. We did some shopping, had lunch and then went to the scrapbooking store to shop and crop. We ordered pizza and sandwiches for dinner and all hung out at the store and scrapbooked till 11:30pm. I think we were ALL exhaused when we got back to the house but, as the previous night, we were up till atleast 2AM again! The storm tapered off overnight and we awoke to a gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean with crystal blue skies.
We went to the a pancake house for breakfast, headded back to the house, packed, straightened up and headded home!! The weekend was TOO SHORT!!!
It was AWESOME to see the old DT members and meet the new ones!
